As soon as you have decided that you want a new kitchen, please give us a call, and come along to our showroom to meet one of our qualified and highly experienced designers – Mary, Leah or Simon. Alternatively, if it is more convenient, one of our Designers can come out to visit you in your own home. They will talk you through your ideas, show you style options, finishes, colours, quality, storage solutions, appliances and new technology solutions. Lots to think about and ponder over. Your Designer will then come out to complete a detailed survey of your kitchen and dining area, talk thro alternative design ideas and opportunities, alternative building solutions that could be incorporated, such as knocking through walls, moving doors/windows and extensions.
Your Designer will then work up various design solutions, then pass these through to Liam who is our graphics tech, and he then inputs the design into 3D generation software, bringing your design to real life.
Ideas, 3D visuals and Sample doors etc are then presented to you, along with budget costs. After discussion, design options and amends are agreed and a final presentation is prepared. This may be subsequently amended or agreed and final costs discussed. After an order is received, a fitting date is agreed, and our Fitting Team Surveyor, Nick, will then visit your home to assess any electrical and plumbing work that may be required in readiness for your new kitchen, and to check all measurements and any finer detailing that may be required.
Our order processing team, Rebecca and Joel, then prepare the paperwork that is sent to our factory, in County Durham, for production, and appliances and ancillaries are ordered too.
Throughout this process, our Office & Logistics Manager, Lauren, oversees all activities and will keep you updated of key events and assist with any operational queries that you may have.
Finally, our Fitting team and Delivery van arrive with your kitchen and within a few days you can enjoy using your dream designer kitchen.
